Textured background and patterns are like an add-on feature to designs and illustrations. It’s not about the complexity of the texture or pattern, but the quality and way of using them. Also, it can be sued for the design fully, or just parts of it. And in digital art, you can use textures in so many ways including fashion illustrations.

Branding

For branding, textures can be used instead of a solid background for prints. It’s not mandatory as a branding element, but in order to make your brand stand visually, you can get a custom designed texture or pattern using your brand’s color palette.
